Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 14 day exchange policy from the date of delivery for an exchange or credit note.
Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached and in their original packaging.
If you believe you have received a faulty item or the wrong item, please contact us through our instagram or email with photos of the issues you are experiencing. Our customer service team responds to all emails within 2-3 business days.
If you have paid the original postage cost and booked a return, this shipping cost is non-refundable.
If you are an Australian customer, you will receive free shipping to return your item back to us.
As all of our collections are limited edition capsules, we cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange to will be in stock. If this item or size becomes unavailable, we will issue you with a credit note.
